Clean the mushrooms, rinse, cut into slices.

Peel and dice the onion.

Boil the water with the olive oil, bay leaf spice and thyme, add the mushrooms and onion, season with salt, pepper and sugar and cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.

Add the white wine and the paradeis pulp, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper and cool a little. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with white bread.
