Preparation (about 35 min):
Cut half of the dried fruit into small cubes and mix well together with the onions, ground beef, green onions and egg.
Season the mixture with cumin, star anise, cardamom, ginger powder and salt and pepper and twist into small balls. Fry these in hot peanut oil all around.
Make couscous, drain, season with salt and pepper. Later, fold in the chopped mint and arrange in small dessert bowls as a base and place the balls on top.
Mix well the chili cubes, tomato ketchup, honey, season with ginger powder and cardamom, salt and pepper. Form the dip over the meatballs, pin the meatballs with cocktail skewers, place finished dessert bowls on a platter and surround with the remaining dried fruits.
