Salad of Mozzarella and Strawberries in the Ogen Melon

Instructions:

1.) Cut the ogen melon in half in a zigzag cut. Clean the core with a soup spoon and cut the bottom (better stand).

2) Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

3.) Rinse the strawberries, dry them, pluck the greens and chop them.

4) Roughly chop the pine nuts.

5) Put the pine nuts, mozzarella, strawberries and green pepper in a suitable bowl, add cold pressed oil, season with raspberry vinegar and mix well.

6) Dressing: Place melon on center of plate, fill with salad and garnish with mint leaf.

Bring the glass to the table as an aperitif.
