Instructions:

For the 1st mass with yolks, sugar and butter make a Abtrieb. Mix the flour with baking powder and mix it with the abrieb.

The mass should become spreadable and that’s where the milk comes in. Add to the dough so much that it goes to spread a tray lined with baking paper (it is not filled with the amount the whole tray).

For the 2nd mass, whip a really firm beaten egg white. Spread this on top of the prepared 1st mass. There should be a border of about 1 cm from the 1st mass.

Spread the flaked almonds on top of the beaten egg whites and bake at 180 °C. When the cake has a nice brown color, cut it in half.

Whip the cream until stiff (I don’t use sugar because the cake is very sweet) and spread it on one part.

Make a pattern with the cranberry jam in the whipped cream and then put the second part of the cake on top.
