Introduction : A typical Bavarian specialty – best served with pretzels and dark beer.

Preparation : Take all ingredients out of the refrigerator at least one hour before preparation.

Chop onion and garlic.

Cream butter, add processed cheese and cream cheese and mix well, add onion and garlic.

Cut camenbert into small cubes, add them as well and meanwhile continue to stir until creamy. Season with paprika powder, salt and pepper – the obazde should have a nice red color.

Suggestion for decoration: turn onion rings in paprika powder to the other side.
