For Chinese noodles with turkey, cook the noodles. Dice the meat, season and fry in peanut oil until crispy. When it is golden brown, remove from the pan.

Peel and coarsely chop the onion, carrots, parsnips and fry in peanut oil. Roughly chop fennel, Chinese cabbage and add, season.

Roughly chop the greens from the fennel and carrots and save.

When everything is sautéed, add the meat back and season with soy sauce, turmeric and garlic.

Fold in the cooked noodles and season to taste. Finally, fold in the greens of the carrots and fennel.

Arrange the Chinese noodles with turkey and serve.
