For the pumpkin-apple salad wash the Vogerlalat, distribute on 2 plates.

Fry pumpkin and onion in olive oil until soft, add apple pieces, fry briefly. Season with garam masala, cinnamon, chili, garlic and salt. Season to taste with sugar.

Drizzle seed oil and balsamic vinegar over salad, salt lightly. Fry the ham between 2 layers of kitchen roll in the microwave for 10 seconds until crispy. (or in a frying pan)

Spread the pumpkin-apple pan over the Vogerlsalat and decorate with ham strips. Serve immediately.
