Cut the bread into different shapes and spread with a little butter. Place the lettuce leaves and cold cuts decoratively on top. Pipe roses with mayo, remoulade or horseradish tubes. Decorate the sandwiches with the vegetables, eggs, herbs and caviar of your choice. Tastes great in bed.
