A great pasta dish for any occasion:
Beat egg yolks with sugar and lemon zest until creamy, mix with pasta already cooked.
Add the curd cheese. Whip the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Finally, fold in the drained and chopped peaches.
Sprinkle the casserole with butter flakes and breadcrumbs. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for 45 minutes.
