Shortcrust pastry:



make shortcrust pastry from the shortcrust ingredients, spread a greased cake springform pan (26 cm ø) with the dough. Drain about 500g of sour cherries (purchased: 1 jar), spread evenly on the dough, bake at 180 C for about 15 min.

Mix the ingredients for the filling with a whisk, pour over the cherries, bake at 175 C for about 35 minutes.
