add lard and grated garlic to the salted water and let it all boil together. Serve the broth with bread.

– The garlic can be cut into small pieces and lightly roasted in lard.

– Instead of tap water you can use bone or soup water, ditto tap water with soup seasoning.

Season with marjoram if desired.

Before serving, the garlic can be mixed with 2 eggs or possibly the egg yolk in the plate with a little bit of meat broth, before pouring the remaining meat broth.
