Instructions:

For the wind baking, beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add the sugar. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Use a piping bag to pipe small heaps onto the tray. Decorate the individual heaps with sugar sprinkles.

Let the wind baked cookies dry out in the oven at approx. 100-120 degrees for 1-2 hours.
