For the chicken cutlet with peas, peel the onion and cut it very finely. Also cut the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and brown the meat with the onion pieces.

When the meat has taken enough color, mix in the mustard, salt and cumin. Add water and let it simmer until the water has boiled away.

Then add the cream and stir in the peas. Simmer for a few minutes and season the chicken cutlets with peas if necessary.
