Knead flour and butter until crumbly.
Then add all the other ingredients. This is easier if all these ingredients are mixed together first and then this mixture is added to the flour-butter dough. Knead the dough as quickly as possible and then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Then roll the dough out thinly on a floured work surface and cut out any shapes you like.
Now place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with egg if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.
