For the vegetable pan with turkey, peel onions, garlic and carrots, cut peppers in half and remove the core. Cut vegetables into coarse pieces.

Wash, dry and slice the turkey meat, heat the pan with the oil, fry the turkey meat in it until hot, then remove it from the pan.

Add the vegetables to this pan and fry for 5-6 minutes until hot, add the meat again and season with the spices.

Mix cornstarch with cold water, empty over the vegetables and boil once. Immediately arrange on plates and serve the vegetable pan with turkey.
