Instructions:

For the sheep camembert in the bacon basket, cook the baby potatoes. Meanwhile, wrap each Camembert in 4 slices of bacon from the bottom, leaving the top open, and place in a small round ovenproof dish.

Cut a cross in the top of the camembert. Bake the camemberts in the oven at about 180 °C hot air until the camembert bulges and the liquid cheese mixture comes out, the bacon is now crispy and forms a basket.

Strain the potatoes, toss with the skins in olive oil and dried thyme and salt to taste. Place the ramekins with the cheese on the plate and garnish with the bunch of lemon thyme.

Serve with the thyme potatoes and also sprinkle with the fresh ordinary thyme.
