“Key lime” (pronounced Kie Leim) is the name of the limes that grow on the Keys, the islands off Florida’s coast.
Beat eggs with cream curd, sugar, sour whipped cream, vanilla and lime juice until creamy. Pour on the cake base in a greased cake springform pan and bake at 180 °C for 60-70 min.
Once cooled, place in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
