For the apple pie, beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add warm butter and continue mixing. Mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in as well as the grated lemon peel.

You can peel the apples beforehand or afterwards and mix them with lemon juice and a little sugar and fold them into the dough.
