Try this delicious pasta dish:
Coarsely chop green onion and water chestnuts in a hand blender. Add minced meat and sauce and mix until relatively smooth.
Dampen dough sheets with a kitchen brush in the middle with water, dry a border of 2 cm all around.
Form a unit of the filling in the center of each dough sheet.
Fold the edges of the dough sheet upward, press firmly together over the filling, fanning the tops apart. Place dough baskets on a floured plate.
Heat frying oil to high. Reduce temperature slightly and fry 6 pastry baskets at a time until golden brown in oil.
Remove the pastry baskets with a slotted spoon and drain on a wire rack covered with kitchen roll.
Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
!! Water cassanias are usually available in canned form.
After opening the can, you can keep them in water for up to a week (renew daily). They make vegetables, stir-fries, noodles and savory fillings crispier and give them a slightly sweet flavor.
