Instructions:

For the hunter’s pancakes, whisk flour, eggs, milk, mineral water and salt into a dough and let it swell a bit.

Wash parsley, shake dry and chop. Peel and chop onions, chop turkey meat a bit more and fry both in a pan with butter.

Clean chanterelle, wash, chop and add to the pan. Season with salt, bell pepper, paprika powder and chili flakes. Sprinkle in parsley.

Deglaze with whipping cream. Wash basil leaves, shake dry and pluck. Fry the pancakes in portions on both sides and pour the chanterelle and meat mixture over them.

Serve the pancakes garnished with basil leaves.
