For the coconut domes, beat egg whites and sugar over steam until foamy and add coconut fat.

Pipe the mixture onto a baking tray and bake at 150° C until light brown.

For the cream, whisk all ingredients until fluffy.

Cut out round wafers, put cream on them and put the finished baked domes on top. Dip the lower part in chocolate icing and enjoy the coconut domes.
