For the strawberry vanilla dessert, whip the vanilla Qimiq. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar and bourbon vanilla until stiff and fold into the vanilla Qimiq. Refrigerate so that it can thicken.
Wash and trim the strawberries. Puree about 2/3 of the berries and empty into a saucepan. Heat with 1 pinch of citric acid. Cut the rest of the strawberries into small pieces and mix into the warm sauce.
Portion the vanilla cream into bowls and pour over the warm strawberry sauce. Garnish with a mint leaf and serve immediately.
