Instructions:

Cut it into 5 cm long pieces, salt it inside and out, wrap one or two sage leaves around each piece and brush them with the oil-juice of a lemon mixture.

Roast on the broiler for 10 minutes on each side. Brush with the oil-juice of a lemon mixture once or twice during grilling. Serve with oil and vinegar.
