For the mascarpone coffee cream, whisk together the curd cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Season the mascarpone cream with cooled coffee. Pour into cups or dessert glasses and chill for about 30 minutes.

Just before serving, dust the cream with cocoa using heart stencils.
