Orange Date Chocolate Spread

For the orange date chocolate spread, remove the seeds from the dates, chop coarsely and soak in the orange juice for 1 hour. Puree finely.

Puree the almonds to a fine cream. Puree the almond cream with date puree, orange zest, orange liqueur, cocoa and chocolate. Finally, mix in butter.
