Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Remove the kernel from the dates and chop them coarsely. Peel the ginger, halve the oranges and juice them.

Blend together with the hemp seeds in a stand mixer – or with a hand blender – to a velvety mass. If necessary, add a little more orange juice or water.

Pour into a tall glass and serve.
