For the Oriental Style Stuffed Melanzani, first rinse the melanzani, cut in half lengthwise, score the cut surface crosswise and season with salt and pepper. Place cut side down on an oiled baking sheet and roast in a hot oven until the flesh is soft.
Then scoop out the flesh and chop into small pieces. Mix Schöpsernes with rice, diced tomatoes and melanzani. Season with salt, pepper and crushed garlic.
Fill hollowed out melanzani with the mixture, place in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with grated parmesan, drizzle with butter and pour in paradeis sauce. Bake in the preheated oven and immediately bring the stuffed melanzani to the table in oriental style.
