Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.

For the zucchini tart with Parmesan, place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Peel the garlic as well, chop finely and mix into the zucchini, season with salt and pepper.

Mix half of the parmesan with mascarpone and spread on the puff pastry. Spread the zucchini like a roof tile on the puff pastry, sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Drizzle the zucchini tart with a little olive oil and serve immediately.
