For the stuffed dates, first pit the dates. Then prepare the marzipan filling. To do this, put the almonds in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then peel and grind very finely in a blender with the oats.

Scrape the honey with a spoon and knead well with the remaining ingredients. Wrap the mixture in aluminum foil and refrigerate. Form small balls from the marzipan and fill the dates so that a white stripe is still visible. Serve the filled dates and enjoy.
