Rinse garlic plants, cut the roots into small pieces, form in boiling salted water, let it boil, put it on a colander, pour cold water over it and drain.

Dill and savory rinse, dry and put in a well rinsed glass form with the garlic.

Boil white wine with vinegar, salt and sugar, stirring until salt and sugar dissolve. Pour the vinegar broth into the jar to 3 cm below the rim. Carefully add olive oil, cool the garlic in the vinegar broth, close the jar and keep it in a cool place (e.g. in the cellar).
