For the yolk biscuits, cream the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy (5 minutes). Slowly mix in the yolks.

Mix flour with baking powder and fold in. On a lined baking sheet, use a small spoon to cut out biscuits.

Bake the yolk balls at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
