For the wholemeal pancakes without egg, mix all ingredients (except mineral water) and let swell for about 20 minutes. Dilute with mineral water until it is a thin dough. Bake, one ladle per pancake (approx. 60 ml) should be enough. Makes about 18-20 wholemeal pancakes without egg.
