For the vegetable pancakes, mix milk, eggs and salt, stir in flour. Heat some oil in a frying pan and bake the pancakes until golden brown. (6 pcs.)

For the filling, put fresh or frozen vegetables in a bowl. Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, ground nutmeg and chopped parsley. Mix everything and season to taste.

Put the pancakes on top, spread the vegetable filling on them and roll them up. Then place the pancakes in a greased mold. Pour a mixture of whipped cream (or sour cream), milk, eggs and salt over them.

Finally, bake the pancakes in the oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
