For the ham patties, add water with a teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of oil. When the water boils, add the pasta.
When the pasta is soft, strain and rinse it. Cut the ham and Alma cheese into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley.
Heat oil in a pan and melt cheese in it. Add ham and parsley. Then add the Fleckerl and season with salt and pepper. Serve the ham patties immediately.
