For the vegetable packets, first cut arugula and chard into strips, zucchini into slices and asparagus spears into 5 cm long pieces. Divide broccoli into small roses. Cut spring onions into thirds and slice lengthwise into strips.

Spread vegetables evenly on sufficiently large self-oiled aluminum foil. Add garlic cloves, olive oil quantity and wine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold foil into packets and grill vegetable packet for 40 minutes.
