For the vegetable mash with hemp oil, cut peeled potatoes into pieces and boil until soft. Peel peeled carrots into fine strips with a peeler.

Fry onion in a little oil until golden brown. Add carrot strips and cabbage sprout leaves to the pan and let them fry.

Mash the cooked potatoes. Arrange vegetables on a plate, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with hemp oil.

Serve the vegetable mash with hemp oil.
