Fish Cabbage Roulade

Mince the fillets and freeze briefly, mix with cream and yolk in a blender until smooth, season with salt, pepper and a dash of lemon juice.

Remove the stalk from the cabbage leaves and boil them individually in salted water, drain well, spread the filling on them and roll them up.

Place in an ovenproof dish and cook in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.

If necessary, top with cream/cream mixture.
