Instructions:

First, cut the bread into small cubes.

Mix eggs with milk and salt, pour over the bread cubes and leave for 1/2 hour.

Then add the bacon cubes, the onion roasted in butter, parsley and enough flour to make a dough that is not too soft.

Form 10 dumplings from the dough, place them in boiling salted water and cook quietly for 15 minutes.
