For the turmeric corners, quickly mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. If the dough seems too dry, you can add a little milk.

Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees convection and line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats or baking paper.

Roll the dough into a sausage about 4-5 cm in diameter. Cut off slices about 5 mm thick, shape into triangles and place on the baking sheet. Bake the turmeric triangles for 20 minutes.

After cooling, store in a cookie tin.
