Clean the lettuce, rinse, shake dry and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and slice into rings. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the flower stalks and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Put all this with the olives in a large enough bowl and mix. Crumble feta cheese on top.

Rinse the herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Chop all kitchen herbs and sprinkle over lettuce.

Mix the juice of one lemon with a little salt and pepper, add the oil and pour the marinade over the lettuce.
