Tuna with Coconut Sauce

Sprinkle the tuna with the juice of one lemon, season with salt, season with pepper and leave to cool. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel and finely dice the ginger.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (convection oven 160 °C). Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions, garlic and ginger until soft. 3.

Pour in the coconut milk and bring to the boil. Remove the skin from the bananas, cut into slices and add. Season with saffron, salt, pepper and cinnamon. 4.

Heat the remaining oil in a second frying pan and brown the tuna. Pour the sauce into a baking dish and cook in the oven (center) for 15 minutes with the lid closed.

Serve with basmati or rice.

Drink: Dry white wine, e.g. Chardonnay from California.
