Instructions:

For topped ciabatta, cut ciabatta in half. Spread with butter and top with a slice of cheese and a lettuce leaf.

Top 4 with roast beef, cucumber and tomato, and the other 4 with salmon, egg and anchovy rings.

Top each of the roast beef rolls with a tablespoon of tartar sauce and the salmon rolls with the tartar sauce.

Season with ground pepper and sprinkle the topped ciabatta with freshly chopped chives.
