For the tuna spread, after the butter is nice and soft and greasy, put the can of tuna, the anchovy paste, the pepper and, if you like, nicely chopped parsley together in a bowl and mix everything into a mass.

Then chill in the refrigerator. Before using the spread again, it is always good to take it out of the fridge just before eating, otherwise it will not be so spreadable.
