For the mung bean wafers, soak dried mung beans for 3 hours. Strain the soaking water from the beans.

Mash the beans and add enough milk to make a pancake-like batter.

Stir in soy flour, season with sugar and spices. Grease the waffle iron with oil and bake the waffles until golden brown.
