Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
Rinse and clean the vegetables and apples.
Cut carrots into thin sticks, spring onions into rings, apples into eighths, remove core and cut apple slices into 5 mm thick slices.
Fry meat heartily in hot clarified butter.
Mix paprika, flour, pepper, coriander and cayenne pepper and sprinkle over meat.
Add apples and vegetables and fry for about 10 minutes, season with salt and add turnip cabbage with apple juice.
Stir and caramelize lightly.
Chop parsley and add at the last moment.
Serve with ribbon noodles.
The dish becomes even more exotic if the parsley is replaced by fresh coriander greens. Fresh green peas also fit very well into the recipe, as well as Chinese cabbage or cabbage cut into fine strips, briefly blanched.
