For the stuffed zucchini, wash the zucchini, cut in half and scoop out with a spoon. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Also chop the champion into small pieces.
Fry together with the bacon cubes. Remove from heat and add the rice. Fill the hollowed out zucchini with it. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at about 180°C. Check if the zucchini are soft inside.
When the zucchini are soft, take them out and serve the stuffed zucchini.
