Remove the peel from the pumpkin. Grind the pulp together with ginger in a hand blender. It may remain a little bit coarse. Now add the jelling sugar and let everything sit for about an hour. Then boil the mixture according to the instructions on the package while stirring. Finally, add the wine and fill into glasses.
