Instructions:

For the potatoes with herb sauce, wash and boil the potatoes. Use unpeeled Heurige potatoes or peel slightly older potatoes (from the previous year) and cut in half.

Hollow out the potato halves and use the inner dough for the filling.

Cut the inside of the potatoes into small pieces, mix with sliced ham, sour cream, finely chopped parsley, some grated cheese and spices and season to taste.

Fill the potato halves with the stuffing and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.

Shortly before the end, turn on the top heat or grill so that the cheese gets a nice color. Prepare the sauce and salad. Serve!
