For the roast chicken, brush the chicken all around with plenty of roast chicken seasoning. Roast with a little water at 180 degrees top and bottom heat in the oven for about 1.5 hours (depending on the size of the chicken).

In between, brush with melted butter every now and then. Vary the temperature a bit – also let it grill sometimes so that the skin gets crispy.
