Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes. Cool slightly, cut open lengthwise and hollow out.
Drain and chop the sauerkraut, finely dice the salmon. Mix both with the ‘inside’ of the potato.
Rinse dill, dry, chop finely, mix into filling. Season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. Preheat stove to 180 °C.
Fill mixture into potato halves and sprinkle with cheese, bake for about half an hour.
